TimesTalks Tech
ARMING FOR CYBERWARFARE TALK 10.30.18 - 6:30 PM

David Sanger, a national security correspondent and author of “The Perfect Weapon: War, Sabotage, and Fear in the Cyber Age,” will moderate a discussion in Washington, D.C., on cyberwarfare, one of the greatest threats to American democracy and commerce, just days before a consequential midterm election. He will be joined by John Demers, the assistant attorney general for the national security division; Yasmin Green, the director of research and development for Jigsaw, a unit within Alphabet, Google’s parent company, that uses technology to address security; and Dmitri Alperovitch, co-founder of CrowdStrike, who discovered Russian hacking of the Democratic National Committee.
