The Department of Energy (DOE) released another round of documents
detailing the FY 2020 Budget Justification for Energy and Water
Development Appropriations. A more in depth look can be found

Energy Secretary Rick Perry also testified on the budget before the
House Appropriations Committee's Subcommittee on Energy and Water
Development, and related Agencies. You can view the hearing

One of Secretary Perry's next stops regarding the DOE's budget request will be before the Senate Energy Committee on
April 2.
Additionally, Senate Energy also introduced the
Nuclear Energy Leadership Act (NELA)
on the Senate floor today. The bill has 14 cosponsors in the Senate with Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) leading the charge.
