Kayden wasn’t expected to make it to his first birthday; now he's a high school graduate — Aleteia: Kayden McClanahan was born with Edwards syndrome (trisomy 18), and his parents were told he wasn't expected to live, or if he did, to live a life worth living. Today, he has health problems, but he's a happy 18-year-old.
