Kincade Fire in Sonoma County now at 30 percent containment | The Sacramento Bee: Firefighters battling the Kincade Fire in Sonoma County doubled containment of the blaze overnight to 30 percent, Cal Fire said early Wednesday. A Red Flag warning remains in effect until 4 p.m., but wind gusts did not appear to be as sustained overnight as had been feared.
