Senate Energy Committee approves Brouillette Earlier today, the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee approved Dan Brouillette to replace Ricky Perry as Secretary at the the Department of Energy.   Now his nomination can be voted on before the full Republican-controlled Senate, where he is expected to be confirmed.
