Administrative, financial approval given for 12 new nuclear reactors for power generation: Government - The Economic Times: During the Question Hour in the Rajya Sabha, Union minister for Atomic Energy Jitendra Singh said there are presently nine reactors under construction and pre-project activities are in progress at the 12 reactors accorded sanction.
