PG&E ignored faulty tower that sparked Camp Fire, report says | The Sacramento Bee: The California Public Utilities Commission’s investigators criticized PG&E’s maintenance of the transmission tower linked to the November 2018 Camp Fire, California’s deadliest wildfire in history. 85 people were killed.
