Atomflot orders new nuclear icebreaker - Marine Log: Russian state-owned nuclear energy corporation reports that its subsidiary FSUE Atomflot, the world’s only operator of nuclear powered icebreakers, has signed a contract with shipbuilder Zvezda LLC for construction of a new
