Ohio Attorney General wants injunction to stop a nuclear power bailout | WTOV: Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost wants an injunction to stop a nuclear power bailout. Customers are to begin paying higher bills into the bailout in January. Yost said his suit isn't going to stop that from happening, but the legislature could. Former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder faces a federal bribery case alleging he and four others were part of a $60 million bribery scheme to get House Bill 6 passed and then to stop a voter referendum campaign to overturn the surcharge.
