Ted is a Co-Founder as well as President and COO of Form Energy. He was previously a Co-Founder and VP of Product and Corporate Strategy at Aquion Energy, a manufacturer of sodium ion batteries and electricity storage systems. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA in physics from Seattle University.

Quaise is unlocking geothermal energy through disruptive, hybrid deep drilling technology. The startup’s core innovation is its gyrotron-powered millimeter-wave energy drilling system that has the capability of drilling 10-20km into the Earth.
