Boston pulls out of a pilot program to ban fossil fuels in buildings: More than three years after filing her Green New Deal plan for Boston as a mayoral candidate, Mayor Michelle Wu now says that the city will not be participating in a state program that allows 10 communities to ban fossil fuels in new buildings.
