Huhne: U.K. may spend $2.5B to decommission nuclear plants

The U.K.'s Department of Energy and Climate Change will have to spend nearly $2.5 billion, or half of the agency's budget, to clean up the country's nuclear facilities, said Secretary Chris Huhne.
