U.S.: India's nuclear bill should be consistent with global practices
India's nuclear-liability bill must be compatible with international standards, said Robert Hormats, U.S. undersecretary of state for economic and agricultural affairs. In remarks made after discussions between both countries, Hormats advised India to study global practices and "ensure that its regulations and its laws are consistent with those of other countries."
