USEC hopes changes result in fed loan

USEC is hopeful of landing $2B loan guarantee for centrifuge project

John Welch, CEO of USEC, said communication with policymakers was key to making progress on the loan guarantee. "Life's easier if you're upfront and telling people where you stand," Welch said.
