Russia is not closing the door on Iran's offer to open its nuclear facilities for inspections, said Sergei Ryabkov, Russia's deputy foreign minister. "We believe that the Iranian side has demonstrated readiness to enter a certain dialogue on important issues. But we have our own questions and desires on this account.
