S. Korea, US End 2nd Round of Nuclear Pact Talks

U.S., South Korea conclude nuclear-cooperation talks
The U.S. and South Korea culminated the second round of talks on amending a 1974 nuclear-cooperation deal. The countries reportedly acknowledged nuclear energy's role in strengthening bilateral ties. Both sides also agreed to launch separate studies on pyroprocessing, a waste-reprocessing technique that South Korea plans to use. Arirang.co.kr (South Korea)
