U.K. should build additional nuclear plants, expert says
The U.K. should construct more nuclear plants to secure energy independence and meet its goal of reducing greenhouse-gas emissions by 80% by 2050, said David King, director of the University of Oxford's Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment.
