Waste Bill Passes House Just moments ago, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 3053, the Nuclear Waste Policy Amendments Act of 2018, by a vote of 340 to 72. This represents a  high-water mark for bipartisan support of nuclear waste policy in the House.
