Washington, D.C., on cyberwarfare, one of the greatest threats to
American democracy and commerce, just days before a consequential
midterm election. He will be joined by John Demers, the assistant
attorney general for the national security division; Yasmin Green, the
director of research and development for Jigsaw, a unit within Alphabet,
Google’s parent company, that uses technology to address security; and
Dmitri Alperovitch, co-founder of CrowdStrike, who discovered Russian
hacking of the Democratic National Committee.
