Fuel Loading At First Nuclear Plant Scheduled For August :: The Independent Global Nuclear News Agency: Fuel loading for Unit 1 of the Belarusian nuclear power station is scheduled to begin in August this year, according to a report by state news agency Belta.
Vasily Polyukhovich, director of the nuclear energy department of the Belarusian energy ministry, was quoted by Belta as saying that construction and installation work at the Belrusian-1 and -2 nuclear plants is 98% and 72% complete.
