Opinion: 20-year safety record at N.H. plant

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission should take into account the perfect safety record of Florida Power & Light's Seabrook nuclear plant in New Hampshire -- a record that stretches back 20 years -- when assessing its application for a 20-year extension of its operating license, according to this editorial. "Without it, New England would not be as secure in its electricity needs.
