Westinghouse Electric is training its first batch of AP1000 reactor startup-test engineers in a simulated control room in the company's headquarters in Cranberry Township, Pa. Some of the graduates of the training program are expected to help operate AP1000s in China, as well as in Georgia and South Carolina. Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
