NRC staff must complete Yucca Safety Report. Congressman John Shimkus (IL) Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Environment and the Economy Chairman comments in the attached release.

Congressman Shimkus is scheduled to address the Yucca Mountain Educational Symposium this Sunday the 24^th in Reno, Nevada.
