Major breakthroughs in Nuclear grade DCS system
The Nuclear Power full
digital control system (hereinafter referred to as: DCS system) is the
"nerve center" for nuclear power plants to ensure safe, reliable and
stable operation.
The nuclear safety DCS (hereinafter referred to as: nuclear grade DCS) primary role is to complete the safe shutdown of the reactor accident conditions controlled and engineered safety features. (hereinafter referred to as: CTEC) signed the Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station Unit 5,6 whole plant DCS supply contracts, including nuclear grade upcoming DCS for the project, including integration of nuclear instrumentation solutions, which indicates that China's self-developed nuclear-DCS - FirmSys officially entered the engineering phase, meaning CGNPC will become after Westinghouse, Areva, Mitsubishi Electric and other companies the world's first 5, China's first nuclear-master proprietary DCS.
