Help Support Please?
We have
put all of the parts together for our 1,000 Yucca Educational Survey
test mailing. I cannot fund this foundation ALONE. We are fighting the
political machine for grassroots education and we need simple $25.00
support. The industry doesn't support us because remaining politically correct
is more important than truth and integrity. I understand that this
tends to tick people off but the industries lack of backbone to support
nuclear technology ticks me off!
Please consider sending $25.00 or so to get this mailing out
and give US an indication of the real public opinion
With a chuckle, I'll share some of my bad mood thoughts that are
normally reserved for very close friends. J
Oops, my darn integrity challenge!
Michael Hengel, Editor, Las Vegas Review Journal / No reply As expected for the record, no reply from my blast at the media world. The LVRJ is like the sitcom MASH famous line from Shultz, "I see nothing".
Yucca, the Screw Nevada Bill?
A state where gambling and prostitution are legalized but storing spent
nuclear fuel is touted by Nevada's bureaucrats as unsafe? The business "build" price tag is about $97 "billion" dollars. Now, who gets screwed if we don't take that job? Grassroots Nevada Citizens!
NV
Governor Sandoval sends a letter to Congressman Shimkus . . . "we oppose
the project based on valid scientific, technical and legal merits". USNEF
- ok, it doesn't matter that 10 national laboratories, 27 + nuclear
associations and the courts have ruled that the application study must
be completed.
We are drafting a letter to Governor
Sandoval to rebuke this letter and his once again bias article in the
Las Vegas Review Journal. Some are anxious for this coming dialogue,
some are scared. Oh well, that grassroots activism with a backbone.
