China 123 Agreement

The U.S.-China Section 123 nuclear cooperation agreement is critical for American nuclear suppliers and U.S. foreign policy priorities. Nuclear cooperation with China advances economic interests, safety culture and climate goals. If the agreement is not renewed before it expires in December 2015, multiple U.S. interests will be harmed.
