UCS Fukushima 5th anniversary rag
The Union of Concerned Scientists has posted "Preventing an American
Fukushima", once again lambasting the NRC for (what they want the world
to believe) not protecting America's public health. Infamous antinuke Ed
Lyman is the author, and asserts that the NRC's post-Fukushima
regulatory changes are insufficient to keep all possible nuke accidents
from happening. But, the diatribe is little more than the tired UCS
position that the NRC is run by the utilities, needs massive overhaul,
and etc.
