Vt. attorney general asks to participate in Vermont Yankee sale review

Vermont Attorney General T.J. Donovan has asked to participate in the Public Service Board's review of Entergy's proposed sale of the closed Vermont Yankee nuclear plant. Donovan says his participation would only be intended to ensure the sale does not result in costs for taxpayers.
