Although some details have evolved, the basic message remains the same: the DoD Wind Siting Clearinghouse does a less-than-optimum job of protecting our military and our national defense. Why have our representatives allowed this shameful situation to continue? I recently saw a very relevant article We Must Stop Suffering Fools. Indeed! One missed opportunity was that it did not identify an obvious culprit in the matter: our education system.
