PG&E-backed Diablo Canyon nuke plant retirement bill passes: A bill to ease the impacts of the pending closure of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant in San Luis Obispo has been given final approval by the state Legislature on an overwhelming Assembly vote Monday night.
