PG&E Power Sellers Say Bankruptcy Court Can't Usurp FERC - Law360: Holders of power purchase agreements with Pacific Gas and Electric Co. say a bankruptcy court can’t shut the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission out of the utility’s decisions to ditch such contracts in Chapter 11, calling it an unprecedented move that usurps federal circuit courts’ authority to review FERC decisions.
