FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Worst case scenario - News - Wicked Local Carver - Carver, MA: When last I wrote about the electromagnetic pulse issue, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission had yet to publish its proposed rule for Mitigating Beyond Design Basis Events. Since then, in a 3 to 2 vote, the NRC has gutted the rule.
