Bulgaria nuclear reactor gets new licence after lifespan upgrade - Energy & Oil - Reuters: The Bulgarian nuclear regulator on Tuesday granted a new 10-year operational licence to one of the Balkan country's two Soviet-made reactors at the Kozloduy plant after its lifespan was expanded.
