PG&E power shutoff could affect 650,000 Northern CA customers | The Sacramento Bee: Pacific Gas and Electric Co. says it may cut power to about 650,000 customers across 30 counties starting early Wednesday. Blackouts may include the greater Sacramento area, the East Bay and North Bay.
