Democrats’ Green New Deal Becomes The CLEAN Future Act: The House Committee on Energy and Commerce released a climate plan to achieve net-zero GHG pollution by 2050. The CLEAN Future Act is a comprehensive proposal to address the climate crisis that doesn’t stipulate which energy sources or strategies qualify so isn’t pushing a renewables-only mix.
