Nuclear reactor hit by 2011 tsunami passes safety screening: A nuclear reactor in northeastern Japan damaged by the 2011 earthquake-tsunami disaster has formally cleared a national nuclear watchdog safety screening, paving the way for it to restart after anti-disaster measures are completed by the end of March next year.
