International Atomic Energy Agency Yukiya Amano today said he could not verify that Iran's entire nuclear program was strictly nonmilitary in nature, the Associated Press reported. Amano blamed his uncertainty over Iran's nuclear intentions on the country's interference with U.N. nuclear monitoring activities.
