Utah Energy Cooperative Exploring Nuclear Power in Idaho | Utah News | US News: LOGAN, Utah (AP) — A high-ranking official with the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Nuclear Energy says a small commercial nuclear reactor that a Utah energy cooperative wants to build in Idaho would be game-changing for energy customers if the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approves the project.
