Is Another Fukushima Nuclear Catastrophe Imminent?

Taiwan's three nuclear plants and a fourth now under construction are located in regions near that sea that leave the sites facing the double threat of earthquakes and tsunamis.
Taiwan is an integral part of the world economy at this point. If Taiwan has a nuclear meltdown, such a small island society will not be able to cope with it. Their downfall might trigger a broader East Asian economic collapse.
Interestingly, I uncovered this study which shows P239 isotopes dispersed throughout the atmosphere over North America.
