IEA Report Sees Significant Growth In Global Nuclear Generation

12 Nov (NucNet): Global nuclear generation could grow from 2,584 terawatt hours (TWh) in 2011 to 4,300 TWh in 2035, although nuclear’s share of total generation is likely to remain constant at 12 percent, according to the International Energy Agency’s (IEA) World Energy Outlook 2013 report.
