his first stint as prime minister in 2006, Prime Minister Abe’s Nuclear
Energy National Plan from December 2006 talked about a “re-recognition
of the importance of energy security in industrialized nations” with the
direction of energy policy not being “Nuclear energy “OR” Renewable
