Russian Atomic Plan Lashed in Iranian Legislature

A Russian plan unveiled last week for Iran to address international concerns about its atomic activities in a "step-by-step" manner was received coolly by two Iranian legislators on Saturday, RIA Novosti reported (see GSN, July 15).
