Report: China to restart reactor construction program in Q4
China's
reactor development program will resume in the fourth quarter,
according to a media report citing government sources. The Chinese
government suspended such projects pending safety tests in the aftermath
of Fukushima Daiichi incident in Japan. China's Ministry of
Environmental Protection has already begun expediting the reactor
