UniStar offers US NRC plan to 'mitigate' ban on foreign ownership

UniStar Nuclear Energy on Wednesday proposed a new governance plan to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission that it said would "mitigate" a prohibition against foreign-owned companies from owning and operating nuclear power plants in the US.
