French Team Refines Reactor Sensor Tech

A team in France has refined a nascent radiation sensor technology to potentially monitor nuclear reactors for unreported weapon-usable plutonium and uranium with greater accuracy than its predecessors, IEEE Spectrum reported in April (see GSN, April 18).
