Where is Fukushima Daiichi’s Water Going?
There
is little doubt that the cooling water is leaking out of the three
reactor systems and into the outer reactor building basements, and from
there to the attached turbine basements. The question is the path of the
outflows. Evidence suggests it is not coming from inside the primary
containments. It seems likely the leaks are from piping outside the
containments.
