At
3:30 p.m. this afternoon, a Florida State Senate committee will be
holding a hearing concerning the state's nuclear cost recovery law.
Representatives from NEI, FP&L and Progress Energy will all be
testifying in support of the law. You can watch the hearing live at the

Ahead of the hearing, FP&L produced the following video explaining why the law has been so important in enabling both nuclear plant uprates as well as future expansion:
