Climate Panel Cites Near Certainty on Warming
The scientists, whose findings are reported in a draft summary of the next big United Nations climate report, largely dismiss a recent slowdown in the pace of warming, which is often cited by climate change doubters, attributing it most likely to short-term factors.

The Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) will
provide an update of knowledge on the scientific, technical and
socio-economic aspects of climate change.
It will be composed of three working group
reports and a Synthesis Report (SYR). The outline and content can be
