Mr. Peter Delaney | Chairman, President and CEO, OGE Energy Corp.
Pete Delaney is Chairman, President and CEO of
Oklahoma City-based OGE Energy Corp., the parent company of OG&E, an
electric utility provider, and the 50% General Partner
of the $11 billion Enogex-CNP Energy Natural Gas Midstream Partnership.
Prior to joining OGE Energy, Pete completed a 15-year investment banking
career on Wall Street. Pete specialized in corporate finance and other
advisory services to electric utilities and other energy companies in
the United States, Europe and South America. |

Mr. David Dunning | Group President, Fluor Corp.
Dave Dunning serves as Fluor Corporation’s group
president for Business Development & Strategy where he leads the
company’s global sales, marketing, communications, government relations
and corporate strategy functions across all Fluor business groups.
Previously, Dunning served at the president of Fluor’s Power Group where
he was responsible for the company’s activities in the global nuclear
generation, renewables, power services, plant betterment and fossil
fueled industries. He has more than 39 years of direct global industry
experience including 36 years of service with Fluor. |

Ms. Amy Ericson | President, Alstom U.S.
Amy Ericson is President of Alstom in the US.
Alstom is a global leader in electric power and rail transportation
technology.
Amy oversees Alstom’s engagement with U.S. policy
stakeholders while directly supporting its pursuit of new business
opportunities in the areas of thermal and renewable power generation,
rail transit and electricity transmission and distribution. She will be
based in the company’s Washington, D.C. country headquarters. Most
recently Amy was responsible for Product & Platform Development for
Alstom’s gas turbine and plant portfolio. |

Mr. James E. Rogers | Chairman, Duke Energy Corp.
Jim Rogers has served as chairman of Duke Energy
since 2007. He has nearly 25 years of experience as a CEO in the
electric utility industry. Over that period, he has delivered an average
total shareholder return of more than 12 percent per year by focusing
on stakeholders and finding business solutions to environmental
challenges. Rogers was named president and CEO of Duke Energy following
Duke Energy’s merger with Cinergy in 2006, and continued in that role
following the Duke Energy/Progress Energy merger in 2012. He served as
Cinergy’s chairman and CEO for more than 11 years, and prior to that, as
chairman, president and CEO of PSI Energy. |
