Register Now
The
2014 AAAS Annual Meeting will bring thousands of leading scientists,
engineers, educators, policymakers, and journalists to Chicago. One of
the most widely respected general science gatherings, attendees learn
and discuss recent developments in science and technology.
Advance registration and housing are open. Register and reserve a room now for lower rates.
Poster Deadline: 24 October
Submissions for the Student Poster Competition and General Poster Session
are open. AAAS poster sessions are an opportunity for presenters to
discuss research with the community of scientists at the AAAS Annual
Meeting.
Students
enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program are eligible to
participate in the Student Poster Competition. Student winners get their
names published in the journal Science, a cash prize, and a year of AAAS membership with a subscription to Science. The Student Poster Competition will be held Saturday, 15 February from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Doctoral candidates, postdocs, and professionals may participate in the General Poster Session, held Sunday, 16 February from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The top poster, as voted by meeting attendees, will be recognized in the journal Science.
